Returns Policy
All of our products are covered by our warranty and can be returned.
WHEN do items need to be returned by?All products carry a one year manufacturers warranty. Faulty products may be returned for a full refund or replacement within 30 days of purchase. If we are unable to replace the faulty product we will offer a full refund. Please contact us for a return authorisation. Goods cannot be returned for change of mind.
WHERE do items need to be returned to? LifeTec Pty Ltd. Unit 44, 6 Jubilee Avenue, Warriewood. NSW 2102.
HOW do customers return items?If possible, items should be returned in the original packaging. If this is not possible, every effort must be made to secure the item in appropriate packaging, as damage during return freight is not covered by this warranty. (Photo evidence before shipping is a good idea.)
SHIPPING for returns?The customer is liable for the cost of return freight.
CREDIT for returns?If we are to credit you for a return, the refund will be deposited into your nominated bank account or credited to your credit card.
