A variation to our Man Overboard manikin, designed (with the help of Bristow Helicopters UK) to aid the lifting of a patient from the water avoiding the effects of hydrostatic squeeze associated with a straight lift.

Bariatric (Water-Fillable) Rescue Training Manikin

A unique solution to training on a bariatric patient - without the weight! Not strictly true, as eventually it does get very heavy! Simply slip the suit over a standard LifeTec dummy, then fill it with water.

Starting with a standard 30kg dummy, add up to 150kg in weight in about 20 minutes. The water is distributed throughout the suit and is controlled so it doesn't slump.

Pregnancy Vest

Challenge your training with more realistic situations!

Fits over any Ruth Lee Adult manikin (excluding bariatric) and not recommended for use with Fire House and water rescue range manikins.

Very easy to fit, simply pull the vest over the manikin’s head and secure using tie strings under the arms and through the legs, and clips at the waist.

Lightweight, under 1kg in weight, the vest lets you simulate a lady approximately 4-6 months pregnant and features a rounded belly and breasts.

Two sizes; Small for vessels under 5m, and Large for vessels over 5m.
SOLAS Type Approved by Lloyd’s Register and guaranteed for 3 years.
The FRC kit consists of a Jason’s Cradle® with stowage bag and a fixing kit for both sides of the vessel. Fixings options available for RIBS (hypalon D-ring patches) or for hard hull (pad eyes.)
In deployment, the Jason’s Cradle forms a non-collapsible scoop.
The casualty is guided into the unit and is retrieved by rolling up and onto the craft in the medically preferred horizontal position.
The rigid construction and special design give the operator a 2 to 1 mechanical advantage during the lift.
FRC Kits are available in either 530mm or 710mm width options.
